How It Works

From Inquiry to Deployment

Getting a donation bin program up and running is straightforward. Here's exactly how we take a request from first contact through to an active bin collecting donations at your location.

The Process

Six Steps to Your First Collection

1
Step One
Initial Inquiry

Tell us about your program — location type, collection stream, volume expectations, and branding needs. Use Build Eh Bin to configure your setup in two minutes, or reach out directly by phone or email. Either way works.

2
Step Two
Quote & Specification

We review your configuration and send a detailed quote within one business day. This includes bin model, dimensions, paint colour, branding options, lead time, and pricing. No surprises, no hidden fees.

3
Step Three
Design & Branding Approval

If you're adding custom branding, a wrap, or co-branded graphics, our design team creates a mockup for your approval. We don't go to production until you sign off. Standard paint orders skip straight to fabrication.

Step Four
Fabrication in Hamilton

Every Rangeview bin is fabricated at our Hamilton, Ontario facility using heavy-gauge Canadian steel. Welded, finished, painted, and inspected before it leaves the floor. Lead time varies by order size and configuration — we'll confirm yours at quote stage.

5
Step Five
Wrap & Graphics Application

For branded units, vinyl graphics are applied after fabrication using commercial-grade digital film or cut vinyl. Full wraps, partial panels, and cut vinyl lettering are all applied in-house and inspected for quality and alignment before shipping.

Step Six
Delivery & Deployment

Your bin ships from our Hamilton facility and arrives ready to place. No assembly required. We'll provide placement and servicing guidance to make sure your program launches smoothly from day one.

Why Rangeview

Built on 35 Years of Steel Fabrication

We're not a bin reseller. We're the manufacturer. That means shorter lead times, direct accountability, and a product built exactly to your requirements.

Direct from Manufacturer
No middleman. You deal directly with the fabrication team that builds your bin. Faster turnaround, cleaner communication, and full accountability end to end.
35+ Years of Experience
Rangeview Fabricating has been producing custom steel enclosures and industrial products since the late 1980s. Donation bins are what we're known for — and we've refined the design over hundreds of deployments.
Built for Real Conditions
Our bins are engineered for Canadian winters — freeze-thaw cycles, road salt, UV exposure, and daily use. The spec isn't theoretical. It's been proven in thousands of hours of field deployment.
Fast Turnaround
Standard configurations ship faster than you'd expect from a custom fabricator. We'll confirm your lead time at quote stage — and we stick to it.
Trusted by Major Organizations
Goodwill, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Diabetes Canada, the Salvation Army, Amazon, Air Canada — Rangeview bins are in production deployments with organizations that demand reliability.
Responsive Team
Call or email and you'll hear back the same business day. We're a manufacturing company, not a call centre. You'll talk to people who actually know your order.
